I have worked in a range of services, including forensic inpatient settings with individuals experiencing complex and enduring mental illness, NHS addiction services, and private addiction treatment. I have also worked in primary care, supporting people in the community to improve lifestyle, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. I offer both short-term, goal-focused therapy and longer-term, exploratory work, depending on your needs.

My academic background includes a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy by Professional Studies (DCPsych), a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, and MSc degrees in Addiction Studies (King’s College London) and Psychology (Birkbeck). I am also a member of the Society for the Study of Addiction (SSA).

My research interests focus on psychotherapy for addiction and addictive behaviours, with an emphasis on integrative, evidence-informed approaches to lasting change.
